Park was very nice. Could use more grounds maintenance. A lot of long term campers.

I spent ten days on the grounds. The restrooms were clean and someone stopped by everyday to check them. Dumpsters were easily available. The hosts were gracious and willing to answer questions or offer resources if they didnt have the answer. There was even an on-site RV tech (Happy Camper Mobile RV Repair, Inc.). He travels and this is one of his stops.

Want you to know that the park attendants, both couples, were excellent hosts. The maintenance young lady was very thorough in cleaning the restrooms and showers. Thank yall for the pleasant and relaxing experience.

Bathrooms are so hot that you can barely stand to take a shower in there, the sink water is nothing but hot water so you brush your teeth and hot water. The bathrooms are not cleaned every day the trash is not emptied every day, the bathroom stink like sewer. The water drainage from the shower goes all the way to the toilet so you're stepping in water the whole time. They need to get a ventilation system in that bathroom I'm not understanding why they haven't done that yet when there's been other comments about this issue. The people that run the park are extremely nice though

It was peaceful and we had a lot of fun. This is our third time camping there, but for 3 years in a row the exhaust vents buy campsite 14 I have never been working. Those restrooms are super hot and you cannot shower comfortably

We stayed at this park while in town for a family event. The park is very clean, spacious, and quiet. Although it was 80-90% full there was not a lot of noise from the "neighbors" at next door sites. There is a large day-use area but as the weather was chilly it was empty. It could be noisier if that area was in use. However, there is a good space between that area and the camping slots. The spaces had plenty of trees for shade while keeping the overhead clearance for tall vehicles. This is a good park if you are a boater or fishing person. Otherwise, there are no hiking trails or other things to do in the park while there. The staff at the gate were very helpful and friendly. We did see that there were shopping choices very close to the park if you needed to stock up while visiting. We would go to this park again, and just enjoy the view over the lake while sitting in the quiet.

Gate employee was very courteous and helpful. The roads are in unacceptable condition. Showers/restrooms were clean and in good operating condition. Please fix the roads.

Enjoyable spot with quiet neighbors and lovely lakefront views. I would love to see road improvements (specifically pot hole filling) to make the drive less stressful within the park grounds.

Camp sites are beautiful and it is in a fantastic location in Wylie. My only gripe is the conditions of the roads are pretty bad within the camp and the road leading into it.

Campground and facilities were all very clean and well-kept.

Quiet location. Surprising since it is close to a railroad yard but only heard two short train whistles over three days. Bathrooms were suitable and fairly recently remodeled. Seemed most spots are pretty level. Only real downside is the streets. Horrible condition. Have they heard of pothole repair?

East Fork Texas is run by the Army Corp of Engineers. It reflects poorly on this department of the service. The road to and through the park is in severe need of maintenance. The potholes are so large that vehicles have been damaged trying to drive through the park. The campsites are most have not received the necessary maintenance. Fire grills are rusted, broken and lying on the ground. Shelters are leaking and picnic tables are unsafe to sit on. This would be a lovely place if the funds could be freed for maintenance. As it is now it is hardly worth the $30.00/night fee that is charged.
