Sites were not mowed, lots of tall grass. Bath houses are in need of repair and unsafe for children.

Great place to camp.

When we first arrived, the campsite we reserved had water just about everywhere from the recent rains. Secondly the grass at every site was 10-12 high which if you wanted to sit outside it made it difficult because of the height of the grass. But on a plus side the host allowed us to move to a much dryer site. That was very nice of them.

Campsite was nearly underwater. what was not had grass 18 inches tall. We asked for another site...no! We were charged for more nights than we stayed. A horrible experience overall

Trees were not cut back and our toyhauler was damaged. The grass was not cut and also there were to many spiders. The park is very nice, it just needs to be kept manicured.

The advantages for using this park are that it is close to my daughters house and it has 50 amp service. Thanks for repairing the 1/2 entrance road and the dump station road. The roads on the interior of the park are already becoming riddled with pot holes. Also there are no sewer hookups here and there are no birding or wildlife viewing areas. There are endless lands that could be hooked up with trails but there are no such trails. Potential is so great here but no effort by the corp of engineers.

The park was nice and quiet but the roads into the park and park roads were bad. Lots of potholes and it hard to dodge some with a large trailer.

Last minute Memorial Day camping trip and this was the only campground that had any openings. In my opinion this site is not very well maintained. The grass area at the camp sites was overgrown (some people brought their own lawn mowers, but they may have been hosts, but still!). Roads in very poor condition, pot holes everywhere. My son was trying to miss a pot hole and hit a speed limit sign and broke his side view mirror as well as a nice long scratch down the side of his truck :( ! Not really a beach area for the kids to swim but the bathrooms were kept clean in the midst of Covid-19. I wouldn't recommend this park unless its a last resort. The staff was very pleasant though.
