host were quick with our passes, and the site was clean, real like this camp but the roads in and out are in very poor condition and something needs to be done before i cant visit again due to road conditions.

The location is superb right next to Lake Lavon but the maintenance is really lacking with potholes, cracked unlevel asphalt, rusted out grills and fire rings. We were here 4 years ago too and we can tell no improvements have been made. The gatehouse is not used, the machine to pay is broken. We did not need to use the bathhouse, no report on it. The camp hosts did their job with patrolling and making sure people follow the rules.

Beautiful park! We were on the water with view of sunrise and sunset. The camp host was very friendly and helpful.

We love the park. The only issue is the roads need to be fixed or put some gravel down our self leveling jacks will drag because the roads are so uneven I love the park. Im so glad that your open year round but sometimes its like we dont wanna go back because youre gonna tear up our rig. like I said, maybe put and gravel down thats less expensive than new concrete. They just really need to fix that issue.

Even though this is a smaller park, it has A LOT going for it. Sites are spaced well apart from each other and most have nice views. Because of the parks placement (it is surrounded on 3 sides by the lake) , it is very quiet. Hosts were very helpful an attentive. AND... LOVED the fact that all spaces have FULL HOOK UPS!! My only complaint would be the bath house could very defiantly use a pretty massive renovation. BUT, as I wrote earlier, each space DOES have full hook ups!

Is there anyway that this park could stay open year-round would be excellent but if it still stays the same we will be there April 1 and stay the last week of September

We have been here twice and will return again, we love this spot it is on the lake with trees and shade. The park is quiet and clean and the host is very nice and informative
