All in all, this park looks like an awesome park to visit. Will be Happy to see, if the water level will ever get back to normal. I like that lots of sites have Sewer, water & electric. We will be back at another time, if we travel this way again. We came in late 8 p,m and were happy that Nick was still there. When I made reservations , we were still 3.5 hours away and it was right after 4 pm so we drove as fast as we could. According to the GPS and the sign by the road , the road showing was closed off and NO SIGN showed us to move forward to the next road, which would have been the Main Entrace to Lakeside and Flatrock. You can only imaging how I felt, there in the dark at 7:55 pm and the road was closed. I would advise better signs to the camp site area throughout the park. Nick gave us a map, but in the dark everything was hard to make out, so we missed the road by the bathroom to turn right towards the boat ramp, we drove straight and came to our site #8 from the wrong direction. Total lenght of our motorhome with tow vehicle is 53 feet and we had to unhook our tow to turn the motorhome around. When we drove into our pull-through the hook ups were on the wrong side and at the end. Had to bring the towed vehicle in from the other side. It would be nice to have dedicated parking for the waterfront bathrooms and that they get cleaned . 1000's of dead flies & nats all over the florr, walls and toilet paper, are not very appealing.

We love this park; we have camped here in travel trailers for many years. Park is clean and well maintained. We were there for 9 days this time. Please keep up the good work and ensure we always have Hords Creek Lake.
