The park was so clean. RV spots were so big and well kept. The wildlife was incredible and the fishing outstanding!!!

Camp host was great. The campsites were good and the single trail was short but nice. Campground was clean. The bathrooms were okay, not heated, and the shower was hot. Not bad at all.

Great site! Pretty quiet when we were there (Christmas week). Loved the trail and walked it many times. Shower relatively clean, but great water pressure!

Decent park, long sites, level and quit. Plenty of deer, good view of lake and Great staff. Showers are not hot, Luke warm water at best and have open grated windows near ceiling with no heat, so if its cold out, its cold when you shower FYI. Not a deal breaker, just be prepared for winter camping.

Site 12: Water 20/30/50 amp Grill on a swivel so you can turn it in high winds Fire Ring with flip-over grate Metal mesh Picnic Table (no cover) Site Pad: Crushed Granite and level. Very long site with extra room after the pad site Pros: Nice view of the water toward Welch Park and the dam You can get a good view of the sunset and sunrise Close to the restrooms/shower Wide view of the lake as it curves around the campground Shade, but open areas so breeze can come through Grill is in good shape and is on a swivel so you can turn it away from winds (but I did all my cooking on the fire ring) Cons: No sewer hookups Table is in full sun in early-mid afternoon, but not for long. A canopy would help or move the table to the shade. Park Notes: Gates closed and locked from 10p to 6a (can get out, but not back in) Dump Stations Restrooms / Bath House (but had LOTS of tiny dead bugs piled up) Most of this campground has a barrier wall, so only limited spots where you can access the water. One place in this loop and a bigger area (but busy) section on the other side of the main loop. Beware of sticker burrs in grassy area behind restrooms There are Munzees and Geocaches here and in the area New docks and walkways look like they will be ready soon on the west-end boat ramp

High wind and no plant life to slow it down or disperse it's strength.

What a nice campground! The campsites are arranged so most have a great view of the lake. The sunsets were beautiful, and there were lots of deer. Our weekend was cold and windy, and we still really enjoyed our stay.

Yegua Creek is one of our favorite places to camp! The beached areas are nice and great for little kids!

Our spot was very over grown compared to everyone around us. There was also a TON of stickers in the grass. My husband had to pick the grass and weeds just so we could make it to the fire pit and sit around the fire.

Generally, a nice park. The lake makes fishing and water sports available. The sites are relatively clean and spacious. The restrooms could be upgraded a bit, mainly by closing up the gable ends and adding heat...air conditioning would be great.

My review is 5-Star but if enough people read it, there won't be room for my family. We love the park. We have been going there for 45 years or longer. Very clean place and campers in general are well behaved.
