Love love this park and that there are 50 amp and full hook up sites. Sunsets are beautiful.Lots of migrating white pelicans, egrets, herons and cormorants. I feel like the maintenance could be better throughout the park. And this is the second year in a row Ive got stung by fire ants. Wish they would spray to get rid of these pests!!!

We love bringing our grandkids here. They love the playground and the swimming area. Its a great place to ride bikes and safe for the kids to ride and walk.

Park was well manicured & clean. Could still use trash receptacles closer to camping sights. Had 30amp circuitbreaker fail, but was replaced within an hour after reporting.

We had.a great stay even though we had 12+ " of snow and no water for a day or two - We never lost electricity and we had filled our tanks before the winter storm was to hit - so we were good. It was also nice that the park ranger checked in on us to make sure we were doing fine during the 2021 Winter storm. We would defiantly stay again.

OK, you could call us idiots for camping in January. I will refrain from comment on the weather, assuming park management has no control of same. The campsite was quite nice. Although we had full hookups, we were disappointed to find the nearest toilet/shower facility locked. Doesn't everyone want to wash their hands after getting everything stowed, dumping the tanks, etc.? You can't use your own facilities at that point.
