We very much enjoyed our stay. We were camped right on the water edge with a great view of the lake.

We love it at Rocky Point. The lake is beautiful, the RV spots are large. One thing... the bathrooms leave alot to be desired. Nasty! Other than that, Rocky Point is great.

Very unfriendly staff. When I arrived I had to pull to the side and change my reservation to take off my disability pass and pay full price (which I had accidentally left at home).

Beautiful springtime settingthousands of koot birds, sun setting backdrop, nice temps, and mingling with other happy campers.

It is a beautiful park. We stayed in C10, which is right on the water. We are going back next week. The Recreation.gov website gives you pictures of the sites. You do have large rocks that prevent you from going to the water. If you fish they have a boat launch and there is a swimming area. We had good reception with AT&T and our Dish playmaker. They do have a few fhu but I believe they are 30 amp. The dump station is easy to access.

This was our first time staying at Rocky point. The staff at the gate are very helpful. The place is very clean. And the restrooms are clean as well. Love the fact that we can have a camp ,fire theres a bench to do work to prepare food and a barbecue grill. Also the picnic table is awesome. The RV sites in general are quite large and easy to access for the most part on the majority of them. We are having a great experience here. There is also a boat launch and a boat dock if you want to fish. Enjoy seeing all the wildlife around the park as well. Thank you to the core of engineers for a great park.

Sites are huge, come complete with grill, utility table, fire pit and picnic table. We had a lake front spot which was beautiful, but we didnt see a site at the park that wasnt great. The volunteers were amazing especially Roger and Debbie. We were in our 34 ft travel trailer and did not use the facilities at all, but was told by a fellow camper that they were clean, and in very nice shape.
