We had a lovely stay at our site. The view was wonderful. The staff are very helpful and friendly. As mentioned by others, the site is very unlevel side to side. We brought extra pads for leveling and did just fine. Definitely planning on coming back again.

We love Rocky point , view is great , this spot is asphalt and its so unlevel its horrible , we could not even stay through our reservation we left early.

We are from Missouri and have been here twice. Very nice campground with friendlier folks than were used to. Great park for the kids. Beautiful water view sites available. Very clean restrooms. Extra bonus was the Easter celebration they had for the kids. If we were closer, wed be regulars.

Location is beautiful. The bathrooms are lacking and several stalls were broken. It was a busy weekend and camp hosts didnt check bathrooms. There was no toilet paper for two days.

Booked a spot right on the water about 24 hours before our visit on a Monday in mid-August and had plenty of elbow room. Very quiet, beautiful place. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, including getting us signed up for America the Beautiful passes. Will be returning soon.Downtown Texarkana is only 20 minutes away and is a cool up-and-coming town with tons of good, locally- owned restaurants. Be sure to visit Naaman's BBQ, Hopkins Icehouse, Dixie Diner, Subies Deli, Joe's Pizza & Pasta and Yoli's Mexican Grill.

Nice park. This was our second time at this lake. Showers were ok. The ones near D loop I believe the heater was on all the time. The only bad thing was when we left on Monday the dump station was backed up and raw sewage was everywhere. We were told to go to the other camp ground to empty our tanks.

Great weekend at Rocky Point. Our campsite was B12 and has a wonderful view of the lake. I have always loved this part of the park as it was my dads favorite spot on Wright Patman to camp. The bathrooms were spotless as well.

That was our first camping trip ever. This is a beautiful campsite! We will be back for another enjoyable rest. We were disappointed at the condition of the basketball court. We also noticed that on 2 sites had covers for the grills. Other than that..it was an amazing place to visit. We would highly highly recommend it to others.

The Campground and site were (5) stars. Huge sites, The work table by the grill was a great feature our campgrounds in Minnesota don't have.
The campground hosts could have been more helpful. This was our first time here and we told them that when checking in, the guy didn't want to be bothered showing us a map or how to get to our site. He did finally . On Sunday's check in time is 1-7. They should allow for early checkins.
There was no WIFI- the host told us"youre camping:. If people are working remotely and traveling they need WIFI. Something to think about.
Loved the campground would go back. !!
