Great view of the lake and easy to back in however, ground looks level, but isnt. Make sure you have plenty of blocks for your RV jacks.

The park is very nice. Our site had minimal shade in the morning and zero in the afternoon. The picture did not indicate that at all. We basically had to stay inside in the afternoon because it was too hot.

A beautiful quiet campground on the lake. A treat even in February.

RV pads were fairly level but not perfect so we had to use some pads. Restrooms were kept pretty clean. Need more showers. Only had showers in one location.

Camped in spot B3, with a 30' travel trailer for 4 nights. Site is on the water, with easy access, wonderful view of the lake. Worked well with our kayaks and paddle boards. Easy back in site but slopes up to 5" side to side. Full sun from mid morning till mid evening during the summer. Park is well kept. They have several short hiking/biking trails that are shady and well maintained. We also biked over to the Northshore park (day use) which is close by. City of Texarkana is close by (15 miles) for anything you might need. Would not hesitate to do it again.

Clean campground but campsites are close together. Pictures of sites when making reservations are misleading as to the spacious of sites. Our site had little to no shade due to dead trees.

We love Clear Spring campground. Maybe because we found it when we began camping in our 38 ft motorcoach. The campsites are spacious and well-maintained - in fact, when we were there in February, a worker was power-washing the concrete tables and pads surrounding firepits. If you can score a lakeside campsite, enjoy the sunsets.

We enjoyed our lakefront spacious campsite. Bathrooms with individual showers around the back of the buildings. Everything nice and clean. We enjoyed the hiking/nature trails. It was a very relaxing stay. Many nice sites to choose from. Sadly the old area of Texarkana seemed nearly as a ghost town, but we took in the Four State Auto Museum and thought it was worthwhile. Some beautiful vehicles.

Clean, quiet and nice spots on the water. Unfortunately, the lots are very close together and we were placed close to other campers, despite the fact that there was plenty of space to spread out. One area was closed, and we wouldve liked more privacy there. Also, there was a mystery smoke in the air at night, making it hard to sleep.

Very nice park. Clean restrooms and showers. Corp was putting nice new dump station while we were there. Not open yet but will be nice when done. Definitely will stay again.

Very nice park. Most sites are very accessible and large

Site was easy to back into but was hard to level. The side toward the fire pit slopes toward the lake and was a good six inches lower than the other side.

The park was quiet and peaceful during our visit. There were a lot of empty spots. We enjoyed it but noted the Bathrooms could definitely use some updating .

We had a pleasant stay. The park itself was nice and had pretty views - but had just sustained a major storm and there were trees down everywhere. We saw first hand what a tree could do to a travel trailer. :(The road to get there crosses a very steep railroad track so GO SLOW! The entrance was rather tight. We pulled in rather late and only stayed one day, so could not really enjoy all the benefits of the park - but we saw plenty of people out walking and riding bikes - and it looked like outside of the storm damage that it was well maintained.

Great campsites. Very friendly workers. Only negatives were lots of bugs, and the only trash receptacles were as far away as they could possibly put them.
