The spot (with lots of shade) on the lake was beautiful - we just stayed for the night while traveling. Finding our location at night was nearly impossible - better signage is needed.

A very hot week in E Texas. The breeze off the lake made it bearable. Always enjoy the clean sites, friendly staff and other campers. Disappointed the air didn’t work in restrooms. Still, this is our go to spot.

The camp ground was clean. Most sites are level. We was in a site in the B section it was beautiful.the staff was friendly

Had great time at site with a great view of lake . Grounds well maintained and clean . Staff was very nice , friendly and helpful when requested . Will be staying there again !

Rough second night due to March weather, but the rest of the week was outstanding. Staff was very friendly. Park, showers and restrooms were clean. Our spot could not have been better to get a full view of the lake from our door. Close to Texarkana for a variety of eating and shopping options. Plan to return again.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of the restrooms. The campground is very nice and very well kept, its only the restrooms that I have a problem with. With COVID as serious as media makes it out, looks as if the campground and Corp would make cleaning a priority.

This park is beautiful! The grounds are very well taken care of. The “B” sites are our favorite, right on the water. The fishing and kayaking from the shore was great! Hiking was awesome and a playground for the kids. We have stayed at many COE parks and this by was has been the best one we have stayed at. We will be returning soon!!!!
