This was our 1st time at this location. Really liked the park. We had some nice shade, showers, restrooms.

No one working front desk. Bathrooms were so hot you couldn’t even take a shower and get dress without sweating to death. Lawn needed to be moved real bad. Won’t be back. Over priced for no sewer hook ups.

Grass was very tall, we couldnt step very far away from the awning area because the grass/stickers was so tall. I was scared of snakes in the tall grass as well.

This is a wonderful small campground with a nice sized campsites and most have a nice vie w of the Brazos. There is also a lot of historical significance at this location!

Do to power outage. My wife and I had to leave Thursday night. My wife uses a CPAP machine. We could not take the chance the power would come back on or not.
We had both lot 22 for us. and 23 for friends witch did not come.
So it was not good.

Always love this place! Safe for my kids to ride their bikes and they have a great playground that is up-to- date and fun!!

Easy full hookups. Good distance between pads and the pecan tree shades are fabulous! Kayaking on the river was a huge plus and well be booking this park again

Park was great . The people at the gate were great. We had a reservation and it was paid for. we check in and somehow it disappeared . I was asked to repay and refused till I saw a refund. The attendant understood. The issue with that is it left my space available on the internet. The day after we checked in I got note n the camper and went and paid because I had seen my refund. This is something your internet or website specialist needs to get taken care of.

We go here for fishing with friends for 2 weeks each year and the park has always been clean and the Park host has always been friendly and helpful. Not to mention all the good fish we caught.
