It was a beautiful park with anice flat tent site. Our lot was a tent only site and we had to carry our stuff down (and back up a steep hill. But we had a great view of the lake, and the site had power and water, so it was well worth it! The showers and bathrooms were clean and the camp host was very friendly. It seems like a pretty good place to have a base when going hiking on they plateau.

The overall stay was pretty decent . The scenery was absolutely beautiful. The swimming area is nice with the sand . The bathrooms were very clean and tidy . Nice and warm in the morning . The camp staff was nice and friendly . However there were some cons . The trek up and down from the campsite was terrible . Definitely need to redo the stairs or make it more accessible. Also you go camping to enjoy the QUIET . Quiet hours were supposed to be from 10 pm to 6 am . On Saturday night however you can hear music blasting from down the lake at the nearest marina until midnight , its extremely annoying when you have children trying to get to sleep and you want to enjoy being outside . Should definitely have been disclosed before making the reservation. And game wardens were flashing bright lights in through our tents up until midnight as well , also very annoying .

Stayed at site 29.Being right by the lake was nice for the kids as they could swim within eye sight of camp. Rocks are sharp so something on your feet is best. The pad you get is quite large, has power and water to it. This site has no parking spot near it. You either have to block the narrow road slightly and carry your stuff down (and back up after your stay) and a pretty steep hill or you can park a little down to road in a small parking lot and tackle the hill. The bathrooms and showers were ok and were kept clean. All in all we spent two nights and enjoyed the stay.
