We had a lovely quiet view of the lake. The utilities functioned properly. The only negative has nothing to do with the park at all, very hot and humid so we were not able to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors. When we are in the Nashville area, this will be the campground we will return to, just not in August.

We arrived to a clean, nicely raked camp site and enjoyed a week of beautiful weather. The host always had a smile and wave as she passed on her rounds. We will come again to this well kept campground. Thank you for your hard work.

This is a nice campground. We have stayed here several times but this year's gate attendants were very rude to us.

Clean, quiet park. Site was next to Old Hickory Lake.No sewer sites in the park and a lot of the lake sites are backwards. you are not looking at the lake from your campsite.

Some of the roads accessing the park and inside the park are extremely narrow and a bit scary! Would be nice to widen and upgrade them. Im sure thats big $$ though. Here is a low budget suggestion:We have noted that more and more people are putting out bright LED lights around their campsite or on their vehicle and leaving them on all night, which detracts from the camping experience. Some campgrounds are going to a dark hours policy the same as a noise making policy - no bright exterior lights from 10-6. This would greatly help stargazers and others who are affected by the increasing light pollution problem.

The weather was rainy but the site #26 was flooded and muddy. Had to cut vacation short by 2 days.

Gravel needed at my camp site and other places. Asphalt patching needed on roads and camp sites. A two foot deep hole at the edge of the road was dangerous, it was the size of a bike tire.

To much noise. very very early dumpster emptying. Noisy neighbors and noisy neighbors 2 sites down. I am talking about AFTER quiet times.

Great campground and recreation area on Old Hickory Lake! All utilities work and washer/dryer always available. Park attendants proactive and facilities and grounds are well kept. Will definitely come back again!

The campsite was excellent, the campground well maintained. However, it was difficult to find as the signs along the main highway must have been missing, as I didn't see one.I turned around and east bound I saw a signboard in the COE gray color but there was no lettering on it to indicate what it was for!!!!I suspected that it was for the campground. I mentioned it to the camp host and she was aware there was nothing on the sign. It appears the COE staff job performance is POOR.
