Beautiful campground. Well kept and very peaceful. Cicadas were in full 'bloom', , but that's part of being one with nature! Will definitely return.

Really loved this park. The guy at the front was so nice. Being right on the lake was very cool and the kids loved the private beach. The layout was great for the kids to ride their bikes. They both (6/8) learned to ride while on this trip. Clean and tidy. Wasn't the nicest bathrooms we've camped at but that is really a micro gripe and doesn't at all diminish our time there or our intent on returning. I did get cell service but zero mobile data and only 4 tv antenna channels. I say that as a positive because I was really able to decompress. Overall a great time and we will certainly be back!

Took our boat, fishing was good, campground host was super helpful! Campground is always maintained and mowed. Love this place!

My favorite campground in Ky or Tn! Most beautiful, well manicured, clean and large sites! Most beautiful scenery! You have the mountains and lake all around you! I love how the campground is at a dead end road. I tell everyone feels almost like being on an island!

Always enjoy our time at Defeated Creek. We prefer to camp during the week while not as crowded.

The sites are nice and clean. The grounds are well kept and the staff has always been polite and courteous. Nice and relaxing, we keep coming back every chance we get.

This is by far the nicest campgrounds I have visited. The sites are large and you don't feel cramped or in your neighbors space. The grounds were very well kept and the views and access to the reservoir is outstanding. Will be going there often.
