We were right on the water and it was just beautiful. Facilities were clean. We will definitely go back.

The campground was beautiful and relaxing. There were two downsides to the facilities, one was cell service and the other was an inadequate dump station. We use Verizon and the coverage was spotty at the very best. The dump station needs repair and when it was brought to the attention of the camp hosts, the response was that they have told maintenance about the situation and had not done anything about it. Also, we were told it was the federal government.........

Our spot was beautiful. The trees, the lake, the wonderful friendly people! The only thing I would mention is that the grill at our camp spot was non functional. It had rusted out the bottom and is no longer on the pole rendering it inoperable. Besides that great trip and nothing but wonderful memories for our family and our dogs! Cant wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our time at Defeated Creek Campground. We were on the lake. It was so peaceful and loaded with wildlife. The staff were wonderful.

This is a fabulous park, and no longer a hidden gem. It's quite popular and somewhat difficult to get a spot. That being said, it is always a peaceful place to visit and the lake is wonderful to kayak. Three of the four bath houses are in good shape, if old, and always clean. There is spotty cell service and tv reception, but who needs it with the lake to explore!

We had a wonderful experience camping at Site 75. We took our grandchildren and they loved the swimming beach. My only wish would be to get some local TV channels (i.e. PBS).

We were in Site 75. This was a wonderful stay! The site is a pull through which made it easier to set up since we arrived after dark. This one is hard to reserve however.
