The place is very nice but the shower is not very clean, not enough cloth hook in the shower, the water is hot in the shower.

We always love camping here. Its near our home and so convenient. Its also one of the prettier campgrounds weve camped.

The campground has been well maintained each time weve gone. The lake had lots of downed trees/logs from recent heavy rains but we had a great time.

The campground is very well maintained with relatively spacious lots, many being waterfront. The attendant at check-in was very helpful (especially considering I had accidentally reserved the wrong day! She found a site for us that was even better than the one I had reserved.) The marina store was convenient and our granddaughter enjoyed feeding the fish from the dock. We didn't use the showers or get a chance to try the restaurant, but we will definitely be returning!

Weve been camping for only 15 months and Defeated Campground is our very favorite!!! Weve stayed on sites 31, 120, 31, 66, 31, 31, 35, and have reservations for 39 and 31 to end the season there this year. Can you tell my favorite site?? My husband loves the sewer sites and they are handy but 31 is still my favorite so I bought him a Turd Trolly for Christmas last year!!!. This is also our home county and we are so proud of the this beautiful campground and welcome all to come check it out!!! There are really no bad sites and its beautiful lake views. Its always clean and mowed nicely. And the wildlife is awesome!!! We get pretty good cell service on the sites weve been on. We have Verizon and a booster.L Overstreet

Wow, what a beautiful park. Clean well maintained sites, huge lawns, large shade trees all on a lake. Many of the sites are 50 amp with sewer. We had site 35 and thought it is the finest site in this great park.
