We have stayed at Defeated Creek Campground twice and absolutely love it! We were in sites 5 and 9 respectively and they were so spacious with concrete dive and large patios. We had 50 amp electric service and water, no sewer hookup, though there are sites with sewer. Our view of the lake an the trees was absolutely AMAZING. The bathhouses are meticulous and the grounds are very well kept. The volunteer staff are very helpful and friendly! The deer are everywhere and in abundance. They are obviously used to the campers and are hardly phased by the activity. The only negative about this campground is that there were skunk sightings throughout, so if you have pets, beware! We have 2 dogs and one night while we were walking them they spotted one and thankfully we were able to get them into the RV with no incidents. We will most definitely come back to Defeated Creek

Excellent park! So clean and friendly! Everyone was so respectful, park was quiet except for the sounds of laughter and kids playing! We love Defeated!

Host were friendly and helpful. checked campground regularly. Bathhouses were clean. The grounds were mowed and trimmed and sites were cleaned.

Having visited Defeated Creek Campground many times we were familiar with its features. This was our first time in this particular loop near the check-in station. We had a lake view that we enjoyed. The site was a level back-in with loads of space on all sides.

We love going to Defeated Campground. The staff is so polite and helpful. The campground is always very clean. We absolutely LOVE this place. Our favorite!!

The campground is amazing. This is one of our favorite places to camp. There is a hiking trail at the front of the campground and playgrounds for the kids. We also spend a lot of time at the beach area. All the bath houses are always nice and clean.
