Stayed on site 41 with our 41 5th wheel. Pull through Site was extremely large however quite a dip coming in off the road. Swing it wide to miss ditch on drivers side. Some other sites would have been tougher to get into.

Drove 5 hours to stay at this campground just to be locked out with no refund. Don't waste your time or money with this place!!!!

Sites were good and our site was fairly level. Water pressure is strong and the electricity was stable. Will definitely be coming back again.

I love Poole Knobs. The sites are nice and wooded. The bath houses are always nice and clean. The water sites are the best but we were not on the water site. The non water sites are a little cheaper so if you have a friend with a water site its nice to book a cheaper site and use their access to the water.

We really enjoyed staying at Poole Knobs campground. The next time we will try to make reservations earlier so we can get one if the campsites with direct lake access, but the site we had was great with a view of the lake. We definitely plan to come back!

I stayed various times throughout the Summer of 2019. Each reservation was handled properly and the various sites were always fully prepared for visitors. During the last few visits, we noted a recurrent issue with a group of campers near one of the shower rooms. The individuals appeared to hover near the showers, using one of their female campers as a diversion to linger near other female campers utilizing the shower & restroom facility. I noted this, on more than one occasion, to the camp hosts and they appeared to be genuinely concerned yet not taking any noticeable action to the strange behavior. It appeared that they simply let the aggravating campers not renew their passes and were therefore forced to leave after their reservation was completed. The situation fortunately didn't escalate, but it did make us reconsider using the campground for future visits to the area. I recommend ensuring that hosts have an established triage system in place to address future issues. Thank You.
