Park condition has deteriorated greatly this season. Bathrooms need a lot of repairs. Fish cleaning station doesnt work. Day use area bathrooms dont work. People paying for one site and using 2-3 other sites. Camping rules are not enforced. Parking is a problem because people are using other spots for free and blocking emergency services if needed. Laundry is broken from non-camper use. People come in throughout the night, do laundry, shower, & leave. Campers are disturbed by the constant traffic overnight. The gate is no longer closed at 10pm. People are actively drinking, intoxicated, & extremely loud at various times of the day and night. Drug use is obvious and smelled throughout May sites. Open containers of alcohol, drug paraphernalia, & 2 bags of trash was picked up by our group of campers so our kids could play. The overall family friendly environment of the park is gone. This is my 40th year at Floating Mill and it has been the worst. The volunteer hosts are useless! They arent there for weeks and do NOT assist campers in any way. The hosts are there for a free campsite and to promote their YouTube Channel. Doc is the only one to be seen in the park or at the guard shack. I have been at the park for many years when the gate crew and the volunteer hosts were AWESOME! This year was NOT awesome! I am responding on behalf of our group consisting of 11 families. We hope next year is better but we will not continue camping at Floating Mill if the hosts, crew, & conditions do not get fixed to the standards previous years have maintained. Fortis is a JOKE! They do not clean the bathrooms, campsites, or anything around the park. We have never seen them stay at the park for over 2 hours per day. They are gone quick and the cleanliness of the facilities reflect their lack of duties. Please consider our families when making plans for the upcoming season. We love Floating Mill and want to see it back the way it was. Thank you in advance!

This was our first time camping there and we will not be back. The host and hostess were very rude to us the entire stay. The host brought a paper over about the dog leash rule. So we kept the dog on the leash. Our other dog fell out of the camper door when, Our special needs daughter was walking out. So one dog got away. That dog went straight towards the hostess barking dog. When we went over to get our dog and apologize, she would not listen to us, and cursed me in front of other campers (luckily for you, those campers are close by inMcMinnville and will probably be back, even though they heard it all and thought it to be very rude that she cursed me in front of them).
