I love this place. No Internet or telephone signal which is concerning at our age. but we survived. Park is so clean. Love the swimming area. Could use a camp store. Have to go all the way back to Carthage for supplies. But all in all. I love this place

Site and campground was very clean and maintained. site was perfectly level and a breeze to set the trailer. Fabulous waterfront site with plenty of grass to enjoy. direct access to the water to launch kayaks was great. Swim area was very nice. Only issue was poor cell service.

I had an amazing experience at Salt Lick Creek Campground. The sites are spacious and the grounds are well-kept. I loved the quiet calm of the campground and intend to visit many more times.

Great campground. Well maintained with plenty of shady sites on the water. Nice swim area. Love the fact you have no cell service or WiFi except next to the check in booth.It would be nice to have 2 dump stations to aide with the line up to dump and maybe some seating near the booth for the times you may need to check for messages or make a call.

Nice quiet campground but it has limited cell service. If you camp at salt lick creek go into Gainesboro to eat at The Bull and Thistle. Its well worth the drive.

The campground was so peaceful. The basketball court gave the kids something to do. The bath house near us was clean. Cant wait to camp again at Salt Lick.
