We had a wonderful time at Dale Hollow Damsite in May 24. The campground was surrounded by beautiful, rolling Hills and abundant opportunities for water events. Dont miss the drives in the country or visiting the damn - the scenery is spectacular. Another great thing about this campground is the town of Celina its not far away for any of those items you forgot. A+

Enjoyed walking the trails and campground very pretty walkways saw turkey, trout squirrels baby groundhogs and the mom, waterfalls.

Host were very nice. Only issue is the numbering of the lots. They are not in order.

Everything was clean, check-in and check-out was easy. Fishing access feet away from campsites.

We love the campground as we have had sites 48 and 59 this season. Site 49 was nice (we loved the view of the river and the grassy area) but disappointing due to lack of maintenance. The lower level had several deep areas of washout making it hard to sit down by the fire pit and you had to be careful where you walked or setting up the canopy over a rotten picnic table. I feel the areas of washout should have been taken care of when the erosion was first noticed instead of a worse problem when we were there the last week of October. The wood retaining wall corner facing the river was rotten. Please don’t take this the wrong way. It’s a safety hazard.

Site 49 had gullies washed so bad you had very little room to set by fire pit ,I complained nothing was done to fix problem, we were their for two weeks !!

Clean grounds and spacious sites. Loved the self tour of the hatchery. Hubs enjoyed the fishing. We will be back!
