We were at site #29. This campground is beautiful! So peaceful and you can stroll along the shore and see the beautiful sunset. What we enjoyed the most, was the serene place, crystal waters, and the best part of all, NO houses around the lake! Just Nature, as it should be. We also loved that there were more than 1 host, and were all super friendly. People in the other campsites were friendly as well, and saw some of them with boats, and deer come out in the evening through the campsites. We had really no cell signal, only 1 bar on and off, but that's what made it a better experience, relaxing, and enjoying nature by the water on this beautiful campground.

We were in site 29, a beautiful lakefront site. Easy to level our Sprinter van and the campground midweek in Sept was almost empty. One downside was a large party in the double campsite next to us (tent camping) with huge dogs (some off leash) and loud music. Maybe hosts or rangers could monitor this better. We sure didnt want to get into any arguments.

Was the best time ever and the campsite was clean and the site manager is awesome. Can't wait to go back next year

While our experience at Logger campground was great, one incident and the actions of a group of 60 campers turned it into a nightmare. Initially our campsite was turned into a dusty thoroughfare by the group to access the lake. After a Ranger attempted to restrict access by placing some boulders in the path, the Matriarch of the group threatened my girlfriend saying there was 60 of them and four of you and that they would make our stay miserable if we complained. Well we knew better than to complain and thought by doing so they would leave us alone. Apparently the Rangers decided to escalate their attempt to restrict access to the Lake on the Fourth of July. We had left our new fishing boat anchored in the cove while we went into town. As we returned we were told that our boat was sinking and almost lost. Luckily a couple of campers, not belonging to that group, were able to beach our boat and keep it from sinking completely. Someone had pulled the drain plug out of the boat.

The campsite was up to expectation.
