Beautiful campground, well taken care of and close to Ely MN where there are many places to eat and things to do and see. The Bear and Wolf centers are also nearby. We love this campground it’s one of our favorites in Minnesota!

This is a great park with access to BWCA via day permits that can be done right at the boat landing for the day you need it. Each campsite seems private with lots of wooded area and many with easy access or view of Fall Lake. The camp works are very friendly and accommodating. We liked it so much we extended our stay. There is NOT a dump station though and we could not find the one in Ely; only frustrating part of our trip.
Went hiking, canoeing, fishing and biking. Although, there are no bike trails but the roadside seemed safe with only 7-8 miles to Ely (less to Winton).

Always love the time at Fall Lake...a great family time of kayaking, fishing, swimming...just enjoying the beauty of God's creation. Enjoyed the time and appreciated the kindness of Sue, the campground host, at the visitor center when we checked in and at our campsite.

The facilities exceeded my expectations. It was so nice to have a proper restroom and shower after roughing it in the wilderness. The camp hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean.
