We camped here because of the location, as mid-way through our stay we took a canoe trip in the Upper Boundaries waters. One surprise: we learned they don't want the trailer left at campsites unoccupied and it would have been fine to just park it in their parking lot, which is a fairly spacious lot near a boat ramp. It would have been great to know that in advance, as it would have saved us some money. The campsites are level and extremely private due to the heavy vegetation, and in general the campground is well maintained. The main complaint we had is that campsites are electric only, which normally would have been okay until we learned they don't even have a dump station. In over 2 years of full-timing, that's the first time we've ever encountered a state or national campground without a dump station.

Nice campsite for tent camping. Check-in, bathrooms, beach, neighbors, location and playground are all A+.

Great location to canoe the boundary waters. Helpful staff, large private camp sites, and it was very clean.

We always enjoy our stay at Fall Lake Campground / State Park. The campsites are great and all facilities are clean and kept up to date. We hate to leave every year after our weeks time there.
