Campsite was roomy and reasonably level (only a couple of one inch blocks needed). Took off one star because of road noise and restrooms. A loop is furthest from the lake so tends to be quieter. We did hear road noise but it dies way down at night so wasn't an issue for us. Restroom cleanliness was an issue. We arrived on a Sunday and the restroom trash cans were mostly full. They had not yet been emptied on Wednesday when we left. (Maybe they only dump once per week?) September weather was great.

Nice campsite. The map at the front needs improvement - it shows four loops and the numbered sites on each loop. But the loops are not labelled with their letters on the map. So when I arrived after dark and after the check in booth was unattended, I went left as an English speaker here in the western world where we read left to right. But none of those common sense conclusions helped because loop A is the the far right. Sorry to everyone in loop D that I woke with my headlights. the lake is wonderful. The market and sports store have an air pump, so bring your floaties!

Bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. I understand we are in a campground but toilets were clogged and dirty overall.

Staff at Pinecrest was excellent in all ways.
