Nice and quiet camp site with amazing view on late June.

Loved our stay here. Site #13 was level and close to lake; semi-private with one close neighbor. Host Donna runs very tight ship. Only complaint is bathroom situation. Only two toilets for entire campground. And since they still have sink campers can use for toothbrushing etc. which of course creates lines of people waiting.

I think the restrictions are getting a little out of hand and takes away from the overall experience. I is beginning to feel like a military camp. We have beee going every year for 40 years and I liked it a lot better 20 years ago. Also, the old host "Skip" was more pleasant than the current one,

Nice camp ground. Paved sites and flush toilets. Paving is rough in some some pads but ok overall. Not all sites are rv / trailer friendly however. Many of the sites have short pads or are too sloped to facilitate leveling. Good campground overall however. There are rv sites to be had but many sites do not fit the bill

We loved Lake Alpine and the experience there. The camp host was wonderful and very welcoming. Can’t give 5 stars though because the sites are REALLY close together, which means extremely loud screaming children can put a damper on your experience in nature. Side note: parents please realize your kids might be cute to you, but to others they are just noisy.
