Wonderful sites. Plan on renting all 4 sites on this little loop next year for a family camping adventure. Super nice gate attendants as well

This is one of the better COE campgrounds on Lake Hartwell. Plenty of shady sites.

Army Corps of Engineers campgrounds are the best! Every one that I have stayed in has been exceptional. This is a beautiful campground with spacious level sites right on the lake shore. Everything works! Bathroom/shower houses are cleaned regularly. Because the gate is locked late evening and opened early morning, this seems to discourage rowdy types so staying there is a tranquil experience. Other campers were considerate and quiet, basically invisible unless you are lookin right at them. Loved that! There are several COE campgrounds on Lake Hartwell. I have stayed in Twin Lakes and Oconee Point - they are both definitely on the repeat list!

Great park with outstanding staff. Could use a little more groundskeeping done and some tree limbs pruned.

This was our first ever camping trip with our new (to us) RV, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer campground! Oconee Point is peaceful, quiet, mostly shaded but enough sun if you want to be out in it, and almost every site is directly on a beautiful lake. The sites are not crammed together like some places, and are situated so that you have pretty good privacy once set up. All are easy to get in and out of. Electric and water at the sites, and convenient dump station as you exit each loop. Plenty of places to walk the dogs without getting right into people's way, and everyone was very quiet and respectful. We will definitely be back!

One our favorite spots to relax. The staff and host help make sure your spot is clean and ready when you get thereClean rest rooms and showers and you can get anything that you may have forgotten with just a short driveWe like to paddle all the the little coves and inlets and the only thing bad that I can say about this camp is the trash I find left behind by other explorers. My kayak is always full of trash every time I return back to campsometimes I cant fit it all.So if your going to enjoy this gem of a campsiteplease dispose of your trash properly

Friendly staff. Great place for kayaking and riding bikes, even for senior citizens.

Beautiful campsite with close access to the lake. Just what we wanted. Very nice campsite and very clean. We visited the Clemson Botanical gardens too and loved that as well.
