VERY nice, well laid out, the sites are as the photos depict, site lengths are as stated, camp sites are clean well kept, bathhouses are a bit dated but clean and very usable, good loop bike riding, overall VERY nice...

Our trip was good as usual. The only complaint is that the lady attendant staff would not provide the parking pass for our 3rd vehicle. She stated that they were all checked to insure they were right. The tag that went with the vehicle with trailer didn’t have “TL” on it. She said someone must not have turned it in. We only had 2 trucks on our site and she refused to go and look to confirm and give us the extra pass we were suppose to have.

Since I believe the passes are reused by all guests booked for each site it could be possible that someone camping before us didn’t turn in their pass.

I believe this problem could have been resolved had the lady understood that the vehicle that goes with trailer shouldn’t have had “TL” on it along with site number.

We love this campground, the sites are spaced apart enough to give you plenty of space, and they are well kept. The bathhouses could use some upgrades, but overall it was a great trip!

Campsite was great. Rules allow for three cars per site site only accommodates two with no parking on grass. Loop had all campers in place so I parked car on road with access to pass for other vehicles. Attendant arrived shortly with request to move car out of road. Impossible to follow rules if park does not provide ability to do so. Adjoining campsite allowed me to park in their site.

Read rules and regulations and follow to a tee. Gate attendants will call you out on the smallest infraction. The regulation allows for three automobiles per campsite with no parking on the road or grass. There is room only for two cars, at best, at most sites.

Wonderful place, campsite was great, right on the water, perfect for our boat and kayaks. Met some wonderful people.

We loved it so much, that we will be back for sure. The site, bathrooms all clean and natural areas undisturbed beauty. Site 19 is a gem Oct, 2019. I would be interested in volunteering here one day. Thank you, to those that make this park a special place for all.
