Oconee Point is one of our favorite campgrounds. It has great views and is always clean. If you haven't been you need to book it now, you will be super impressed.

Very much enjoyed our weekend at Oconee Point. We were greeted by Carla and her husband upon check in and they were both great. We visited in the Fall so the landscape issues mentioned in some previous reviews were nonexistent or unnoticed. The restrooms/bath houses were in average condition relative to other facilities weve visited. Unfortunately the lake was down quite a bit so our lakefront site was a bit muddy, but the scenery was awesome nonetheless. Our neighbors were all considerate and friendly, and I was surprised how quiet and peaceful the campground was after dark. This is a great campground and well be adding this to our rotation.

WoW, this place is a hidden gem. The campsites we all spacious and lake front. The grounds were well maintained, the bath house clean and staff at the front gate very helpful. It was a quiet, delightful spot to enjoy the lake and wildlife. We will be returning, for sure!

Not very secluded but very pretty. Plenty enough shade at anytime if day. Lake access for swimming or boating right at the campsite. Just being your toys.

We had such a lovely time at this campground, was the perfect quiet getaway we needed. Bathrooms are very clean, camp sites are well laid out and spaced apart. The lake was perfect! Would highly recommend!

This is our second year at Oconee Point Campground. Sites are well spaced and level. Most site have a great view of the lake and several campsites have easy access to the water where you can tie up a boat or jetski right from your campsite. The swimming beach looked nice however we did not use it. Great boat ramp with modern dock. Outstanding shower house was always clean. Grounds are clean, well maintained with friendly gate and campsite cleanup staff. We have visited Hartwell Lake for the past four year and this location is our favorite!
