Ramp needs more room at the top, obviously it wasnt designed by someone that own a boat. Pls ensure no one burns their garage ( plastic bottles etc) in camp fires, terrible Oder. I loved the folks at the gate, everything else was good as it can be.

We loved camping at Oconee Point! Our campsite #24 was well tended, shady, and had two good fishing spots. We were able to launch our kayaks from the bank but it had rocks that were enclosed in a metal fencing material which made it a bit harder. There are other sites that have a sandy beach. The bathhouse near our site had toilets and sinks only. The other two bathhouses at the campground had showers as well. We definitely plan on returning.

Great location but bathrooms/shower facilities in desperate need of upgrades.
