An amazing park of beauty peace tranquility...just lovely! We would absolutely camp here year round, sadly they're only open 4 months per year. When I asked why, I was told they don't have the money to do it. That leaves me more confused, because we do in fact camp year round and winter camps are now usually booked solid! Especially Christmas camp! There is alot of money that could be made during the other 8 months. Same for Coneross! Please Core of Engineers, rethink your business plan, we'll keep you busy and flush with income!

Great place large sites and friendly staff. Bath house was very nice and clean would recommend this campground to anyone looking for great place to go.

Oconee is a beautiful campsite, well kept and the staff are super nice. Verizon internet signal is very poor in the campground. Bathrooms are clean and like most need updating. Sufficient though! Site 44.

Park is very nice for a corps park. Not much on updating sites and keeping grass and moss out of the camp pad. Volunteers and Mr. Lusk with the COE are less than useless. But then again, volunteers get to stay for free as long as they somewhat dip ashes out of the fire pits. Saw one volunteer ride through the park on his golf cart and just ride right on by some trash on the edge of the road. GREAT JOB !! I walked over and picked it up. As for the gate attendants, couldn't ask for any better. Both crews are very pleasant and do a great job. Now for the contract company that keeps the restrooms and bath houses clean. Great job again. Don't tell me to call the Hartwell office. Does absolutely no good. Just gonna stay with the flow of things and hope for the best. Maybe someone down the line will read this survey and mention a few topics. But probably not. No one reads these things anyways. Have a great day.

This is our second time at Oconee Pt and we love the beautiful view and quiet atmosphere! Well be back!

Nice camping spot. Restrooms were not cleaned on a regular basis. Couples working the gate/check -in were super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay again!!

Great RV experience. The spaces are far apart, yet close enough if you are camping with others. The park is kept very clean and the hosts are very friendly. As near as I can tell, every space is on the lake. I highly recommend this campground, but reservations are needed.
