Have Creek is the most well maintained campground that Ive been to in my 40+ years of camping. Big sites, almost all level where you set up and most sites have direct lake access. Sites offer plenty of privacy and bath house was super clean

Campsite was good. Only problem with this section of campsites is the power. It is under powered for some of the campers that visit. It needs to be a 50/30/20 amp electrical boxes. No only is it under powered, the existing boxes have very loose receptacles as they are not well maintained. One site could not be used because of a no power problem so it stayed vacant. This is the off season so get them replaced with the proper power requirements.

We love camping at Hawe Creek!! It's always so nice and peaceful. The whole place is wonderful!!

Spacious sites and pretty private, great view of the lake and wide open area to the lake since it was down fishing wasn't the best at the time we went but that's always a hit or miss. Bathrooms were clean as well as the whole campground itself and the host was very friendly and out checking everything multiple times a day and almost always asked if we were good or how we were doing. Will definitely be back!!

I love this campground. The attendants are very polite, friendly, courteous, and willing to help you in time of need. Cant say that about other places.

My visit was excellent and the attendants were surperb. The really do an excellent job of keeping the campgrounds clean and safe. They go above and beyond what you would expect from them. However,on that note, It would be much nicer if the campgrounds were open all year round and also 30/50 amp power boxes on the loop of 1 thru 34 campsites. Get off your duffs in the offices and make things happen. Dont wait for the bean counters to say you can do it.Just tell the maintenance folks to do it and let the bean counters find the funds.Do your job and let them do theirs!!! Nough said!!

My camping experience was far more than excellent! Walter and Patrick are excellent attendantsand go above and beyond your expectations. They are courteous, friendly and more than willing to assist and help you in any way. I love camping at this campground. I really wish it was open all year round. It would be nice!!!

Well kept campground, beautiful lake, clean restrooms and shower. Highly recommend. Great for kayaking and boating. I wish I could come in the fall, they say they are open year round but you cannot make reservations past September. I'd like to see them stay open through the year.

We had a problem with the outlet for the camper. Camp host said it would be the next day before the contractor could come out. I ask to talk to the Ranger and he had some one out in a hour. I also heard that they was thinking about closing the Hawe Creek campground. That would be a shame.We go at least 6 times a year and it is always full. They closed Mt Carmel campground a few years back and I wish they would open it back up.Sometime it is very hard to find a place to go. We don't need the closed.
