Camp hosts are the best! They maintain the area and ensure all is good. This is a peaceful, relaxing environment. Love it and just the nature and beauty of Gods creation. I just would remind other campers to remember to leave nature in the same way they found. Clean up food and trash. It makes each campers experience nice. Please remember to pick / scoop your dog poop up. Yes that is a nature for an animal but for your pet scoop/ dispose properly.

Beautiful park. Easy access to the lake from nearly every site. Spacious camp site.

Strongly suggesting opening earlier in the year. Lot of campers and fisherman want to stay there. April is very late, March perfected.

We love Hawe Creek CAMPGROUND Its one of our favorite campgrounds. We camp there at least twice a month and when they close we have to go to the other campgrounds that are open year round. So with that being said If Hawe Creek was open all year round we would be there. On a plus note the campground hosts are very nice And don't mind helping you if you need it..

we had a great time although we had to cut our stay short by two nights due to my three year old nephew breaking his right leg. We are looking forward to our next trip in may.

I have been staying at hawe creek for several years, normally several times a year. The rest rooms were as clean as I have ever seen them. The people are doing very well with that. The only complaints I have is the camping season, I would like it to run through oct. maybe nov. Also the speeders at times, if they keep it up someone is going to get hurt.
