The usual COE campground and amenities. In need of maintenance in some areas but overall an enjoyable stay.

Some roads are narrow with trees extremely close to the road. Several sites are hard to back into due to close trees and narrow roads.

People should be careful selecting a site if you have an RV over 23 feet. Trees are extremely close to the sites and the roads which makes it hard to get to and back into many sites.

Great campground on Lake Hartwell. People can ruin experience by filling 2 toilets with toilet paper and stop them up. GEE. Don't waste toilet paper and flush several times if you use a lot. Rude people. AND clean up after yourself

Very good site!! Good beach area. Rocks walking into the first few feet of water are uncomfortable but not bad enough to not book this site again.

We always enjoy our stay at Twin Lakes, usually once or twice a year. The only issues we have are the same issues we've had for the few years. The old concrete picnic tables are just about unusable. I'm 6' and thin and can barely get seated at the table. The benches are WAY to close to the table itself. The other issues is with the very large trees growing right at the edge of the winding roads that go through the park. Large trailers, such as mine have to thread the needle to get through a few of the roads. There is one very large tree near site 91 that still bears the color of my trailer on it. Also , the roots are really buckling the asphalt. Other than, it's a great place.

Always enjoy our time at Twin Lakes; we really like staying there. Having said that, I'd simply say the park is beginning to show some age. The roadways need significant repair, some large trees at campsite entries make getting larger RVs in difficult, as we witnessed. Also, the amount of bathroom facilities in a park with no sewer hookups is surprisingly small. That's all the bad things I have to say.
PS, -The staff is great.

easy to find, clean grounds, clean bath rooms, our kind of place for peace and quite, all though the RV next to us brought their own street lamp with them, and it was so bright it lit up our entire area all night, some people just don't consider others.

This is a great Core of Engineer park, has sights next to the lake. I would rate this RV park Excellent if sights had full sewage hookups.

Excellent, clean campground; excellent, friendly staff. Campsites are mostly on the water, well spaced, and angles for privacy. Very satisfied, will be back.
