Love this place. We go twice a year for two weeks at a time. Nice large spots and clean. I would like to recommend a fish cleaning spot around the dock. Maybe recycling bins and if possible a lock on the gate so we would be able to leave earlier or come and go later.

We had a great time! Great place! There seems to be an issue with people sneaking in to take showers ect.. that are not guest. I think extra security would be a great idea especially with spring and summer coming. Lots of kids will be there.

Campground always well maintained and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. One observation is it would be good to have hand dryers in all restrooms.

The park attendants were wonderful and everything was real clean. We really enjoyed our week there. The only change I would appreciate is try to rid the park of the skunks.

We had a great experience here! Being our first camping experience we were pretty nervous. We were stunned by how clean the bathrooms and showers were. I actually had a chance to meet one of the ladies who was sanitizing the bathrooms and she was very kind as well as all the other staff we came into contact with. Grounds were beautiful, squirrels everywhere and we had our own campground pet skunk. She came around at night time but didn't bother one bit. We also liked how close we were to the Nantahala National Forest and to Highlands, NC. Overall, a wonderful experience and we are so happy we spent our first camping trip here! Would definitely come again.

Great sites. Clean bathrooms. Can’t wait until the other sites are open.
