Very clean sites. Roomy but not too large so if camping with others can easily share meals and such. Sites by the lake have easy access to the water.

Everything was Great. Easy back in to site. Plenty of room for 26 ft 5th wheel and pickup truck. 30 overflow spaces close by if needed. Very clean and well maintained campground and bathhouse in our section of this large facility. Close enough to Table Rock, Devils Fork Keowee Toxaway and Sassafras Mountain for day trips. South Carolina Botanical Gardens at Clemson is close by and highly recommend a visit. Beautiful sunsets from our site and a lot of shoreline area with easy access for walking, fishing off shore or mooring boat. The only downfalls are cooking over firepit, no separate grill at site 74 and a skunk that strolled along in the evenings, did not disturb and it just strolled along without incident.

We enjoyed the lake but VERY disappointed that the huge trench on site 74 is still there 2 years after we first reported it. This trench could easily burst very expensive tires. Its also a very dangerous hole that can make folks fall, twist an ankle or worse yet break a leg. It shouldnt be that expensive to repair. We have camped there for years and stayed at that site with no trench. Please repair the trench. We have a very large RV and we fit on few sites. If not repaired we will need to look for other campgrounds

Nice bath houses. Well kept. Park hosts informed and very helpful. I recommend that access to the campground for registered campers be available after 10:00 pm. This can be done with a combination lock on the gate. Combination can be changed every month.

This is a wonderful park. Very clean with beautiful sites. Although we do not have young children, there is a very nice playground area with a roped off swimming area. You will not be disappointed with Twin Lakes. Lots of things to do in the area and close to the mountains or Helen, Ga for a day trip.

We love the atmosphere there. The faculty were very helpful and friendly. Didn't hesitate to help us any way possible. It's calm and quiet. No loud music playing or being up late. We love it and come back more than twice a year.

Twin Lakes is one of our favorite getaway destinations! The fishing is always fun with a wide variety of fish! This time we even went to the public swimming area, and found even more fun places to fish (from bank or kayak). And the wildlife has increased dramatically! We even found a baby deer in distress. We checked again a couple hours later, when it was still there, the park rangers arranged to assist the baby. It was a completely lovely trip and the sunset from our campsite was breathtaking! We highly recommend Twin Lakes!
