Twin Lakes is amazing year round! I'm speaking today of winter/Christmas camp. The staff are diligent in keeping the park and shower house in top condition. And everyone (campers included) have a wonderful sharing spirit! I wish more COE campgrounds were partially open through the winter. Thanks to everyone at Twin Lakes for being here and doing an outstanding job!

Just a recommendation.
We are staying on site 93 later in the year (was not our choice site). We have an Rv with automatic leveling, and it liked to have turned our camper over the last time we stayed on that site. It scared us to death because our camper was new, we were unfamiliar with auto leveling, and didnt know how to correct the problem. We had to re-hook and move lower on the site. Please, please fix this. We check every time we camp to see if it has been corrected. It would be a choice site, IF IT WAS LEVEL. Thank You.

We love Twin Lakes BUT, there were 5 skunks almost every night. Could not even eat outdoors. And that’s why you camp, to get outdoors with friends. Most campers will not accommodate a large crowd. I’m not one to complain, but they were everywhere. At the bathhouses too. Hope y’all can trap them!!

47 is a partial shade beach site with a very long drive way. There is plenty of "yard space" between the camping area and the beach. There is at least 50ft between neighboring campers. Camping area is on a small hill up from the beach. The beach it's self is slightly rocky and fairly mucky. To the right facing the water, is a hard rock bottom. This area is better for swimming. Site 46 is a nice site with more shade trees. This site has a shorter drive way, may fit less vehicles. The sites on the west side of the peninsula have decent swimming areas. On the east side of the peninsula is more "cliffy". Site 37 is a double site that looks like it has a great "lawn area" and a decent beach between it and site 36. Site from 39-45 I'm unsure of or they are really close to the neighbor. Sites 48-49 are nice sites, better for fall or early spring - they are nearly full sun. 53-54 are nice shaded beach sites. Sites 59-68 have a rock wall not beach. The Campground beach is nice and sandy. Bathhouse is clean, no soap, no paper towel or hand dryer. Playgrounds are adequate and newer. There were 3 skunks that visited nightly - our neighbor was feeding them and this was causing a problem.

If there are speed tests submitted for a campground the campsite icons will be colored based on the average download speed and the border will be colored based on the average upload speed.
In this example Campsite #123 has very good download speeds and decent upload speeds. If a campsite has a solid yellow color it means there was no data speed detected in the test(s). Clicking on a campsite icon reveals more details.
