Great campground. Great staff. A few skunks around, just remain calm if you see any. Skunks are generally nocturnal and very sensitive to light. I ran them off with a flashlight, actually they just kind of wandered off as I bravely remained in my chair by the fire. I considered that a victory because I did not feel like running and neither did the skunks. Just don't surprise them . BTW, dogs and skunks are a VERY BAD combination. Look out for your pooch. A little common sense goes a long way

I was told upon arrival that this site has a skunk infestation. Me dog got sprayed while we were sitting next to our camp fire. There is no hot water here and no place to wash my dog. She had to spend the night in my van and I had to cut my trip early to go home and clean her up. I dont know why you would let this blight get out of control like this. I wont be back!

Great sunset and waterfront views. Fellow campers very friendly. Staff kept campground very clean. Bathrooms were clean. Large campsites.

Nice site (#88). Good view of the lake. Access to the lake was tricky. A 6ft drop-off exists behind our site, but just 2 sites down there was an adequate walk-out. Bathhouses were clean and well tended, COVID-19 rules in effect concerning occupancy. Our loop road was challenging, entrance was a twisting downhill and at the lakefront sites there were some trees along the roadway that had seen some dings from maneuvering to get into the sites. Not well suited for big rigs IMHO.

We have been visiting this park for many years, multiple times per year. It is beautifully maintained and we enjoy it very much.
