This place was so over-run with off-road vehicle chaos. Our camp spot was already occupied by some imposter RV, sprawled all over, and the camp host was nowhere to be found “off duty at 2pm”. Never going back there and highly recommend other folks looking for anything other than off-roading mayhem do the same.

It’s a nice campsite for those who are only there to go ATV riding since the dunes is walking distance. But my friends and I came from Washington to road-trip on the coast of Oregon, and this place was too loud for our liking. A neighbor was really inconsiderate, revving up their ATVs at 7am and was doing it the night prior till 12am. Guess they were trying to get their ATVs working, but seriously. Sites were really spacious though but very open, not private or secluded whatsoever.

We had a great time here. The camp grounds was clean and very spacious. Everyone was respectful of others. Spend a great deal of time on the dunes and had no problems other then we went down a trail and ended up stuck in the middle of the night so be very careful you know where you are headed. This is one of my favs and we will be back.

Campgrounds were very clean and camp hosts were friendly and seemed to care about why they are there.
