Beautiful campground, tucked away in the trees. The campsites are nicely arranged for privacy; some are closer together for groups, but most are more private. The 20 minute walk to the beach is easy and pleasant.

Camp sites were good. They were clean and laid out to provide some privacy. The bath rooms were very basic and were in need of an upgrade.

Great location. Site 15 is on the outer edge, so more private than many other sites, which were pretty open to each other. The 1 mile trail from the bridge, behind sites 1-15, and down to the beach is lovely. (Nearly full sand walking for the last half mile.) This CG seems to attract a range of types of campers, so it’s luck if the draw if you end up next to noisy or quiet neighbors. No ATVs in the CG, but sounds from the nearby ATV-accessible dunes, but not as bad as I expected, possibly because the surf is relatively loud.
