Beautiful spot and area. You can hear the OHVs during the day and most of the night but not loud. Bathroom was clean and the sites were mostly flat and groomed. Plenty of mosquitoes to contend with but that is life next to water. The DEET repellent did the job. Would visit again but would hope for a host on site.

This was a nice quiet space with a nice easy little hiking trail around the lake. It took my 8 and 11 and we all had a wonderful time!

We especially liked the distance between the campsites. Great location, and the noise mentioned in several other reviews, considering the proximity of the sand dunes and the motor activities, was not an issue. In fact, if we had been there to ride the dunes, I still would prefer to camp in Bluebill, instead of the parking lot set-up of the other campgrounds that are next to the dunes.
