Worst spot in whole campground did not stay at campground tried to request refund had no cell service just asking for partial refund

This was our first time camping here and overall we had a great visit. We were about a quarter-mile away from the Vermilion Valley Resort which is a resupply for hikers on the JMT. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a little store and a small restaurant where we were able to get scrumptious breakfast burritos on our way out the last day. The water in Edison is only at about 20% this year so it was about a mile away from the campground. We were able to swim and fish as well as kayak. During the week, the campground was fairly empty, but it was filling up when we left on Friday. Unfortunately there was a couple who decided to set up camp in the site right next to ours and they, along with the camp host, were loud and drunk past quiet hours a couple of the nights we were there. Most of the sites had a decent flat area for a tent. We had originally reserved site 20 but ended up in site 19 instead because it had more space. Most sites had a decent amount of room between each other. We brought our own water but if needed we could have gotten more water at the resort. The road up was fairly narrow but not too difficult. Overall we had a great stay and would love to go back.
