We stayed at site 22 and loved the site itself.very beautiful and a good amount of shade. Its on a culdesac, so if you have littles with bikesits perfect. We were inundated with yellow jackets everytime we brought food out, which did get pretty annoying. The camp host Jamie was the best.so friendly and helpful!

Beautiful site. Nice trail very nearby. We also got a site that was towards the edge that left us with no neighbors in earshot. We could just barely hear the other sites closing their bear boxes.

Dorabelle has become our family's favorite spot two camp over the past two years. Take the fact that it is right on the lake out of consideration (that by itself makes Dorabelle a 5-Star option), and it is still an amazing facility. The staff is amazing, and they keep the grounds in tip-top shape. The vaulted toilets are cleaned with regularity, and they literally rake the campsites clean as one group leaves and another is about to roll in. They are beyond helpful, too, providing info about other things to do in the area...although, spending sun up to sun down right on the lake has a tendency to make you forget the rest of the world exists.
