Sites are close together and road is a bit close and noisy. Bathrooms were good. Nice hiking trails.

Great campground, clean and clean vault toilets with a faucet available to wash your hands outside of the bathroom. We had site 33 and it was spacious and less than a 5 minute walk down to the lake. Wonderful little town, great restaurants.

We stayed at canpsite 33 with a 26 ft trailer. The spot was beautiful, covered by trees. Right next to the lake and close to the bathrooms. It was difficult to back into if you are going to tow a trailer like us. But the campground was beautiful and well taken care of. The camp host was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get outdoors.

The water is so low this year. There was no water in the Dorabella cove. We have camped there for years and never seen it like this. There were a ton of people with bad dogs. They barked and barked also lots of dog poop on trails.

The camp hosts, Janie and Frank, are extraordinary. They clearly had a genuine personal concern for the enjoyment of my stay. The campground itself (and the vaulted toilets) are pristine — simple natural beauty, with campers who are generally very quiet. I am profoundly grateful for the experience I always have here. It is spiritual, and nurturing.

We loved our stay at Dorabelle! The grounds are very well kept, the day use area is gorgeous and the camp hosts are so welcoming and friendly! This campground is now a new favorite and we cant wait to go back!

My girlfriend and I had a great first experience at Dorabelle campground. The camp host was friendly when welcoming us and the area we stayed in was very clean! It's right by the lake so we were able to throw a couple lines in that evening. We relaxed by the fire, enjoyed a nice meal and slept well in our tent. 10 out of 10 and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

We went in early July and the nights were cold, wasnt expecting that, but what a beautiful setting. One of our most favorite places to be. Dora Ella has easy access to the lake, kid friendly spots, shade, calm waters. Its walking distant to the little town where you can grab breakfast, lunch, dinner. Campground is quiet, clean, and gorgeous.
