We have been camping at Dinkey Creek for 5 years and it never disappoints. The trees and the creek are stunning, and the campsites are clean and orderly. Thank you!

Did a five day lake bag visiting 12 lakes in a leisurely manner, since the distances were short. One of the best trips Ive done in a long time and very very beautiful. Didnt see more than one or two other groups a day. Permits were easy to get. Highly recommend.

Been going here for 30 years. This year I found 5 diapers full of poop. There are huge groups of 30+ people just trashing the place.

I’ve been going to Dinkey Creek for almost 60 years now. My entire family comes on this trip every year and we always have a great time.

The spot is so dusty, I mean too much. This might be same for most of CA campgrounds. Here is a solution: why don’t they spread wood chips on spots like kids playground. It would be perfect, since there are plenty of dead woods to be removed.
For this place, there are not many spigots, only by toilet. Also, toilets are rare too.
