We had an amazing time! Even though there was a nearby chaotic campsite. the issue was addressed and taken care of from the camp host.

Convenient location half way between Sequoia and Yosemite. Walking distance to Bass Lake, great for swimming or boating, and not too far from restaurants or groceries if needed. Located or the quieter side of the lake among other camp grounds and picnic areas, rather than the more residential or commercial side across the lake.

The only drawback was campervan/trailers running a generator. Nobody wants to hear that in nature! The camp hosts were friendly and helpful! Really nice folks.

The camp hosts did a fantastic job making sure the campers within the area were good neighbors. The restrooms were exceptionally clean.

Nice campground for tents. Our site was large with some shade all day. Well maintained bathrooms. A bear (not much larger than a big dog) approached our table in the middle of the day even with us not far away. He left after we banged some pots (which we had at the ready at the suggestion of the camp hosts). Also saw deer, baby quail, and a pretty bird that drank out of our dogs water bowl. Would stay here again for sure.

Great tasting, easy to access potable water. Spots are reasonably far apart and nestled among the trees - we went Thanksgiving week, and while it was well-booked, it didn't feel crowded at all. The host is in a travel trailer at entrance of Cedar Bluffs/Lupine campgrounds (the main campground check-in building is closed at this time); knock on their door. They have logs for sale for the campfire circles; you can make fires in them and cook on the grill above the circles. There aren't any real walking paths close by and walking on the shoulder of road is ok but not ideal. We strolled a bit around the lake, which was beautiful with fall colors.RV dump (near Forks resort) is free at this time (usually has card payment apparently).

Beautiful area! A bit farther from Yosemite than we thought (about 30-40 minutes from the park south entrance) but it was a gorgeous drive! Also very close to the lake (walking distance). There was a decent number of other campers in the area but everyone was very much social distanced. Plenty of bathrooms in the area, and all were clean and well-stocked. Overall, great stay! Check-in was easy - we showed up at night and set up camp....park rangers showed up the next morning and checked us in.

This is a great location, right across from the lake and about 15 miles from Yosemite gate. The bad is the sites are all right on top of each other. Our first nite the people in the site next to us came in at 11pm and raised hell until 1am. Talked to campground host and manager next morning, the manager was great and talked to the people but then they were asses to us all that day and night. Also we have not camped here before, so we went straight to our site, to have the campground host come Harass us about checking in at the ranger office. I had prepaid months ahead for the site and thought we just go to the site, but the host followed us into the site and before we even shut our bikes off got on us about going back to ranger station. Could have been a little calmer and relax about delivering the message. I will say the bathrooms are very clean and nice.
