The grass was way too high. The site does not have a bear box and there was some scat nearby that was not from a deer or a dog. The bathroom was mostly clean and well stocked. G Loop has a lot of very lovely sites and would probably look for a different site if we were to visit again.

The campground is pretty, but sites are very narrow for campers and there should be a disclaimer that sites on the left side of the road require your camper to open towards the street rather than the grassy area, as it is too narrow to turn around anywhere. Showers are a drive and outside the campground and are a whopping $2.50 for 5 minutes and the showers in the men's and women's bathrooms were disgustingly dirty. Campsite bathrooms were much cleaner. Water access is sparse through the campground too. We ended up having to fill up gallon jugs in the utility sink near the bathroom. Other than these unusual inconveniences, the trees were beautiful and the deer were everywhere. It was a generally enjoyable stay.

It seemed that a lot of the sites were set up for tent camping but with a little maneuvering we were able to set up our travel trailer without issue. The campground was full, but very peaceful and clean. We had deer, skunk and squirrels come by, but thankfully, no bear! ???? Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Our camp hosts, Tom and Jackie were awesome!

Grass was too high.
Also trees need to be cut back for RVs.
Need more generator time to maintain batteries.
