Excellent campground. The spots were very spaced out which made for a lot of privacy. The marble falls hike right off of the campground is also incredible. One heads up - they werent selling firewood at the campground so make sure to bring it.

Joli camping tranquille lentre. Il faut faire des km pour aller au points de vue et revenir au camping.

Camping at the lower elevation was much warmer than the upper campgrounds. The site was clean and close to "town" so it was easy to restock or grab a meal.

I had no idea there were spots available as all of the signs said "Full". When I inquired at the visitors center about possible cancellations, they said they just leave the "Full" signs up all the time since they have no control over reservations any longer.
Glad that something was open. The camping area itself wasn't as clean or picturesque as I imagined. The low altitude and warm weather were no doubt contributing factors, especially after having just spent a few days in Yosemite. At least there were no crowds. I had a last minute reservation, got the last open spot, which meant I was adjacent to dumpsters.

Due to road damage and snowfall - very little of the park was open during mid-May 2023, which was disappointing. We really liked the campsites near the river - the rushing of the river made it very easy to fall asleep. Most campsites have good shade. I expected water to be more accessible - it was necessary to lug water from the bathroom. No showers were available.

Very noisy heard lots of roaring and screaming. The park itself was sooo pretty. Our site was very nice

Potwisha campground was amazing. We stayed close the the river so we could hear that going at all times. It was such a beautiful and peaceful sound. The campground was clean and we were spread out enough were we couldn’t hear other people there. Great experience over all.

Great place for a base camp. Would drive up the mountain to explore. Anything within the 2 parks was easily to get to and back at camp for dinner. Some places where still closed from winter but still plenty to see.
