The sites are very uneven and short. I have a 26 foot rv and could barely get it in the site. If you have anything larger then a Prius's the trees will scrape the paint off of your vehicle. The grass needs to be cut because the mosquitoes will pack you off a half an hour before dark. And the bathrooms are not very clean.

The campsite was pretty busy with some awesome campers that shared firewood with me and my group when we had none. The site was easy to access and came with all the essential basics needed for camping.

Great campground with clean restrooms a short distance from the campsite. Very friendly park staff that lives on site. The campground is in a great location equal distance from the General and the town mini mart. Beautiful scenery all around and very peaceful, most visitors were very respectful. The only negative was that our campsite was on a slope. It wasn't terrible, but it made it a little difficult to sleep at night as we were constantly shifting downward. Other than that the experience was good. I would definitely consider returning at some point with a bigger party.

Great getaway! Stayed for almost 2 weeks. Great rangers. Watch out for bears. Great weather. Stayed in Potwisha Campground. Went exploring from there. Make your reservations early. Mind the regulations. Quiet time is 10PM. Hike the river.

The only campground that was open near Sequoia NP due to current circumstances, but only about an hour or less drive away from the actual park. The road is winding but the drive to see the sequoias is very much worth it. Very beautiful out there, and the weather's nice as well. The actual campground is nothing special; It's clean and beautiful in its own way, but I wasn't there to see the campground. There are working toilets and sinks, bear boxes, and picnic tables. Other campers respected the quiet hours, made for a great experience. Highly recommend during the Moro Rock trail; it's an amazing place to view the sunset.
