Potwisha is a really nice spot to camp with a 25ft-long RV. We didn't face any issues inside the campground. The campground facilities allowed us to wash dishes and go to the restrooms. Everything was in good working order. Besides, if you are going with an RV, you can find a dumping station in front of the campground.Keep in mind that this campground is 12 miles from the Giant Forest Museum if you are planning to visit Moro Rock and the Tunnel Log. And it's 14 miles from the entrance of the General Sherman Tree Trail.Cellular data coverage was unavailable inside the campground and along the entire Generals Hwy until we get to the entrance of the General Sherman Tree Trail.

Amazing pre and post engagement nights at this campsite! Great restrooms for a campsite and easy to get into the park from there. We had a great time!

Nice campground surrounded by nature (trees within the campground spots).Toilets and spot could have been cleaner though.

Campground was perfectly fine. Someone had left meat in the fire pit, not a great idea in bear country, but that is not the park’s fault. Large bear boxes and locking trash bins are at every campsite.

Potwisha is a ~30 minute drive from the visitor center and “main” area of the park, due to the steep and winding road. Not a problem, just something to factor when planning your trip.
